    Groove becomes SharePoint Workspace 2010

    Dear Reader,

Whereas the current release of Groove already offers integration possibilities with SharePoint, in its official announcement of May 13th, Microsoft clearly positions the future release as their preferred offline client for SharePoint.
You know that it was time to take some decisions.  As you could already read in my book, co-implementation of Groove and SharePoint is something that was achieved in the enterprise for a long time in order to bridge decentralized and centralized worlds and get the best out of it. A white paper had also been written(download at the bottom of this page).

As SharePoint Workspace 2010 will be available in Office Professional Plus 2010, you may be willing to dive in a Groove – SharePoint experience, in preparation of a future implementation of release 2010.

I am proud to share with you that the recognized expert (since 2001) of Groove and SharePoint Integration  HOMMES & PROCESS  presented today May 25, 2009 in Paris , GrooveIT! for SharePoint which allow to bridge a SharePoint site directly to an Office Groove 2007 space via your favorite Internet Explorer 7 or 8 browser !

Make your life easy already today ! Furthermore, you will have the choice to choose either to remain "alone" (pure off-line function) or "share" to be with other authorized persons !

With Groove Spaces, with SharePoint Workspace 2010, you will continue to be the king : structure securely your unstructured data ! Does it sound familiar to you?
